We want you to love your new purchase as much as we do... if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to exchange or issue you a store credit towards a future purchase. To initiate a return or exchange please email us at customerservice@houseandhide.com.

Please see below for details for ONLINE PURCHASE returns and exchanges;

  • Refunds and exchanges are accepted with in 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued, less shipping and handling, in the form of a House and Hide store credit. 
  • Shipping and Handling is non-refundable 
  • Sale and Holiday items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Furniture, Drop Ship, Pillows, Throws, Apparel and Bath/Body products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Exchanges are processed as inventory allows and require new shipping charges. 
  • If an item from your order runs out of stock we will refund you original form of payment for that item and ship the remainder of the items on that purchase order. 
  • If an item from your order arrives broken please email us at customerservice@houseandhide.com and a customer service agent will help you with your claim.

  • Returns Accepted Within 7 Days of Purchase for Store Credit ONLY. 
  • All Custom Orders, Rugs, Lighting, Artwork, Bedding, Pillows, Custom Furniture, Upholstered Furniture, Holiday and Sale Items are FINAL SALE
  • Damaged, Used, and/or Items Not in NEW Condition WILL NOT be Excepted for Return.
